The goddess Serket has green skin and is wearing a blue tripartite wig and a white dress.

With her raised left arm she greets the god Osiris, who is sitting on his throne.
A hieroglyphic column is depicted above the left hand of Serket, stating ‘Words spoken by Serket, the great one’ (209) (215).
To the left of Serket stands the goddess Nephthys (209).
Just like the goddess Serket, Nephthys has green skin and greets the god Osiris with her raised left arm.
She is also wearing a blue tripartite wig, but her dress has a red color.

To the left of Nephthys’ left hand a hieroglyphic column is shown, stating ‘Words spoken by Nephthys, mistress of the West’ (209) (215).
To the right of and below the toes of the seated god Osiris, three red-brown lotus stems emerge, growing upwards.
A bi-colored lotus leaf is depicted on the top of the left and right lotus stems, while the Four Sons of Horus are depicted on the top of the lotus flower on the middle stem.
(212) shows a close-up of the lotus flower with the Four Sons of Horus.
From right to left the Sons have the head of a human, the head of a baboon, the head of a dog and the head of a falcon.

Both gods wear an atef crown, have green skin and are holding a crook and a flail in their hands.
The paintings of the two gods Osiris, depicted next to each other on wall 27 of the rear annex, show great resemblance with the two gods Osiris shown on wall 11 of the western lateral annex (114) and on wall 16 of the eastern lateral annex (132).
To the right of the atef crown of the god Osiris on the right-hand side are two hieroglyphic columns, stating ‘Words spoken by Osiris, foremost of the West, the great god, Lord of eternity and perpetuity’ (210).
While the Four Sons of Horus on the lotus next to the right-hand god Osiris have human or animal heads, the Four Sons next to the left-hand Osiris all have identical human shape.
A white hieroglyphic column is depicted between the two sitting gods, stating ‘It is the King of Upper and Lower Egypt, royal Osiris, Lord of the Two Lands, User-Ma’at-Ra Mery-Amun, son of Ra, Lord of Appearances, Ramesses, Ruler of Heliopolis, true of voice, beloved of Osiris, foremost of the West’ (210).
To the left of the atef crown of the god Osiris on the left-hand side are two hieroglyphic columns with the text: ‘Words spoken by Osiris, foremost of the divine booth, the great god, Lord of the West’.
(211) shows from right to left the god Osiris, the Four Sons of Horus on top of a lotus flower, the goddess Neith and the goddess Isis.

Part of the upper body of Isis has been lost.
To the right of Isis’ head a hieroglyphic column is shown, stating ‘Words spoken by Isis, the great one’ (211).
